Abu Garcia Ambassadeur C45600. These have thumb-bars, too. Great sturdy and durable reels, they will take any punishment you throw at them. Their price are more along the lines of $ 95, but you can readily get them from eBay for $ 80.
Not had any PERSONAL experience with these, as I don’t do any saltwater fishing (although the C4′s/C3′s would make good Bass or Catfish reels in the 4000-5000 size) but I’ve heard lots of people rave about them. The C4 holds 205-yards of 12lb line and probably about 160-yards of 15lb. Maybe more.
Read the reviews for this reel here at Bass Pro Shops : http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_74091____SearchResults Rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 52 reviews! And the C4 is rated for Saltwater use as well.
If you’d rather opt for a Spinning reel, the Daiwa Black Gold reel is one you should really look at. The BG20 will handle about 240-yards of 12lb line and about 180-yards of 15lb. If you’d think that reel would be too big, you could go with the BG15 size which will hold 150-yards of 12lb line and about 100-yards of 15lb. I’d prefer the BG20. These are $ 85 but, once again, check eBay and you can get them even cheaper.

Also any 4000-size Shimano reel should handle that size line, too…
